Nov. 22 – Fear – Do you know your fears? This workshop will give you a chance to acknowledge them as well as give you tools to face them and overcome them. Through the body – a practical starting point - one can access the mind. Yoga uses asana and breath work as tools to observe ones patterns, which allows for a new way of being to emerge. By undoing physical knots and removing blockages, the mind also experiences and undoing of mental and emotion “knots”.
Dec. 20 - 8 Limbs of Hatha Yoga – This workshop is intended to give practitioners a broader perspective of this ancient science. Besides doing a sequence of asanas, we will talk about yama, niyama, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and Samadhi. If you have always wanted to have a deeper understanding of the different limbs, and schools of thought in this ancient art, this workshop will help you break it down.

***More About Mara: I teach Vinyasa/ Flow/ Hatha/ Meditation /Pranayama//Restoritive. My style has been known for its "dynamic" quality, a solid warm-up, breath work, heated body, focused mind, followed by a flow practice that is challenging, and powerful. Working with drishti (focus), breathe work, and pure consciousness, I demand full attention from students on their mat. I love to teach arm balances, inversions, and create long flow sequences. I want to provide an environment for students to get to know themselves in a deeper way, and hope to inspire health, wellness, creativity, and transformation from the inside-out.s

Learn more about this ancient text and the message Patanjali left for us.
